The International Journal of Communication and Computer Technologies (IJCCTS) welcomes submissions from researchers, scholars, engineers, and practitioners. To ensure a smooth submission process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Types of Manuscripts:
- Original Research Papers: Detailed studies presenting new and significant research.
- Review Articles: Comprehensive overviews of recent developments in specific areas.
- Technical Notes: Brief reports on innovative techniques or recent advancements.
2. Manuscript Preparation:
- Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.
- Format: Submit manuscripts in Word or LaTeX format.
- Structure: Typically, manuscripts should include the following sections:
- Title Page: Title, author names, affiliations, and contact information of the corresponding author.
- Abstract: A concise summary of up to 250 words.
- Keywords: 3-5 keywords for indexing purposes.
- Introduction: Background, objectives, and significance of the study.
- Methodology: Detailed description of the research methods and materials used.
- Results: Presentation of research findings with appropriate use of tables and figures.
- Discussion: Interpretation of the results, implications, and comparison with previous work.
- Conclusion: Summary of the findings and potential future directions.
- References: Complete list of cited works in a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, IEEE).
3. Formatting Requirements:
- Title Page: Include the title, full names, and affiliations of all authors, and the contact details of the corresponding author.
- Figures and Tables: Place figures and tables within the text at relevant points, each with a caption.
- References: Use a consistent citation style. Ensure all references cited in the text are listed in the reference section and vice versa.
4. Submission Process:
- Online Submission: Submit manuscripts via the journal’s online submission system at [insert submission link].
- Cover Letter: Include a cover letter explaining the manuscript’s contribution and significance.
- Acknowledgments: Mention any funding sources or contributions from individuals not listed as authors.
5. Ethical Considerations:
- Originality: Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Plagiarism: Proper citation and acknowledgment of sources are required. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
- Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- Human and Animal Rights: Research involving human or animal subjects must comply with ethical standards and include statements confirming informed consent and ethical approval.
6. Peer Review Process:
- Initial Screening: Manuscripts undergo an initial check for adherence to guidelines and plagiarism.
- Review: Manuscripts are peer-reviewed by at least two independent reviewers in a double-blind process.
- Revisions: Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewers' comments.
- Final Decision: The editor makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ feedback.
7. Post-Acceptance:
- Proofs: Authors receive proofs for final review before publication.
- Open Access: IJCCTS is an open-access journal, making all published content freely available online.
- Publication Fees: The International Journal of Communication and Computer Technologies (IJCCTS) charges an Article Processing Fee of INR 4000 (or USD 50) for accepted articles. This fee supports editorial processing, DOI registration, long-term archiving, and open-access hosting. There are no charges for submission or peer review. Fee waivers or discounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis for authors from low-income countries.
8. Appeals and Complaints:
- Appeal Process: Authors can appeal editorial decisions by submitting a detailed explanation to the editorial office.
- Complaint Resolution: Complaints regarding ethical issues are handled in accordance with the journal’s established procedures.
